FOR TRANSLATION, DESIGN SERVICES
MEXICO CITY –
June 11th., 2007 – The Office of Economic Development of the
State of Chiapas, Mexico has selected MBrowne Marketing for the translation
and localization of promotional materials targeted to English-speaking foreign
investors.
The materials include
presentations promoting investment in the state’s agricultural and maritime
transportation sectors.
Additional projects
completed by MBrowne Marketing in 2007
include the translation of publicity and client communications for the Instituto Mexicano de Teleservicios S.C.,
a leader in Contact Center technology and best practices in Latin America. Hope
Lumber, a member of the ProBuild group of lumber and home improvement
product retailers, has also retained MBrowne
Marketing for the translation of Hispanic employee benefits communications.

Mark Browne, Founder of MBrowne
Marketing, is an award-winning print journalist, copywriter and
translations editor. He is the former Chief of Copy at Nova Marketing Inc., a
leader in home improvement retail marketing and worked as an Internet Marketing
Consultant for Digitas, one of the largest interactive direct marketing
agencies in the United
States. Mr. Browne is a graduate of Harvard University
and has studied in Mexico
at the School for Foreigners at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México
(UNAM).
Arturo Ortiz Mercado, Chief of Translations and
Database Management at MBrowne Marketing has a Bachelor’s Degree in System Management from
Universidad del Valle de México and has studied both English and French at the
Foreign Languages Studies Center at the UNAM. Mr. Ortiz specializes in the
translation of telecommunications, finance, engineering, computing systems and
marketing materials. He’s responsible for the research, creation, management
and customization terminology databases.
Gregorio Pérez Miranda, Chief of Copy at MBrowne
Marketing, is a graduate of
the Social and Political Sciences School at UNAM. He previously worked as an
editor, copywriter and editing coordinator at weekly and monthly publications
in
Mexico City
.
