 I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your help.  Please consider this as a letter that you can share with any potential clients.  As you know, Applied Proactive Technologies, Inc. (APT) has been growing at a tremendous rate and with that growth there has been a incredible pressure for me to manage the growth and the quality of the work product that we produce.

 APT’s core set of services is extremely specific and non-traditional.  The learning curve to understand what we do is rather substantial.  I was apprehensive in bringing in an outside resource to support us in our efforts, especially since I brought you in to specifically assist us with perhaps the most important document that we produce – our Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).  The SOQ is full of industry jargon, acronyms, and defines a unique delivery of services that is scrutinized by many levels of customers, and regulatory bodies.

 I have to tell you that I have only met a couple of people in my career that could grasp a concept so quickly, digest the information, and hit the ground running the way you did.  I was and continue to be truly impressed with you and the work that you produce.  I set my standards of the work that I, and those around me, do pretty high – correct that – exceedingly high. 

 The SOQ that was developed has proved instrumental in APT being awarded several million dollars in new contracts.  No, you are not getting a commission!
